3. Housing Allowance
a) You will be eligible for an annual housing allowance as per the Company Policy and as detailed in the Employment Schedule.
b) Upon joining the Company, an employee receives a one month Housing Allowance, as per their entitlement till they move into self-selected accommodation. When they do, they will receive one advance payment for the year where a valid contract is presented, receive the difference of the annual rent if it is less than their entitlement in their monthly salary, pay any excess if the rent is more than the housing entitlement or chooses to continue receiving equal monthly installments of their Housing Allowance entitlement.
c) The cost of all utilities and all other services consumed in your accommodation will be to your account.
d) If your employment is terminated and the allowance was paid in advance, then the housing allowance paid to you for the remainder of the year will be deducted from your final dues.
