I noticed a lot of Saudi women don`t speak English, not even the basics of it

but i must say that
saudi women don`t want to learn any things except cooking and cooking and cooking

Yes, that's true..
but I noticed too, there are who want to learn English,
and that's progress!.
and don't forget the most of women can't practice It constantly, so, they think don't need it!
I just can wish and do what I can do.

not only saudian but mostof the arab wowen interst n cooking me my self if i go anywhere i feellike i'm ahead of generation a meani feel like there chating topis are far from mines so nic to see a friends like u here to spend a good , usefl, and happy time.

i think it`s wrong to say that women don`t wanna learn English `couse i`m 100%100 sure that must of them wanna to but they don`t have the chance to learn and use it
for example, some of them think to learn English thy should have training courses which is expensive for some so thy give up, and some r having training courses but don`t use what they know in their daily life for any reason
so, we should know that there many different reasons why women don`t wanna or couldn`t learn English.

yes i agree with you most of good institutes here are expensive but it's not a reason to give up
if you had a strong desire to do something you'll do it
nothing impossible if you have brain and energy
lots of people busy themselves by shallow stuff or negative ideas
