Many dozens of the English words are of an Arabic origin.They come to English directly or indirectly from other languages into Arabic as Persian, Spanish, Sanskrit,Greek......etc.These borrowings as the grammarian called them differ from those of Arabic origins in the phonetic transcriptions, to some extent.Here are some of them in the alphabetical order.
