Parts of speech
These parts are the segments of a sentence . They are classified into noun , verb pronoun, adjective , adverb, preposition ,conjunction ,and interjection.
They are very important to be known.
Noun : the name of aperson thing place or anything else.
E.G ALI , NORA ,PARIS,BANANA...ETC
Verb : denoting the action
E.G DO , EAT, CALL , PLAY ,.....ETC
Pronoun : referring to the previously mentioned noun
EG HE , SHE , YOU , HER, THEM....ETC
Adjective : describing something(noun or pronoun)
E.G. TALL , SMALL , BEAUTIFUL.....ETC
Adverb : describing a verb or an adjective(manner , place, cause,and
time)
E.G. USUALLY, BEAUTIFULLY, WORSE...ETC
Preposition : denoting the place ,the time ,or the sequence
E.G. ON ,UP, DOWN, BEHIND...ETC
Conjunction : connecting the parts of the sentence
E.G. AND, OR , BUT , WHEN,,,,ETC
Interjection :describing your emotions.
E.G.? , ! ,WOW
