وتبدو على شكل اهتمامات ، وغالبا ما تكون أسرارا مكبوتة ومكروهة من قبل الشخص نفسه وكثيرا ما تبدو من خلال العصبية 0
3 العقد النفسية الدائمة المرضية : وتظهر عند المصابين بالاضطرابات النفسية ، وخاصة العصابية منها 0 فالمصاب بالهستيريا عنده عقدة نفسية دائما تجاه الموقف الضاغط والخبرة الأخيرة الانفعالية التي حدثت بعدها أعراضه المرضية مباشرة 0 وتظهر العقدة عند المصابين بجنون العظمة والاضطهاد ( البارانويا ) 0
• كيف تتكون العقدة النفسية ؟ :
إن ما يمر به الفرد من أحداث ماضية وخبرات خلال حياته ، وخصوصا المبكرة منها تلعب دورا رئيسيا في نشوء العقد النفسية 0
أولا التجارب البارزة :
وهي تحسس الفرد لنوع معين من الأحداث المثيرة التي يمر بها والانفعالات المرافقة وأشكال السلوك ، وكيفية إدراك الشخص للموقف أو الحدث مع ما يرافقه من تفسيرات وتصورات حيث تتجمع كلها وتثبت وتقترن بالوضع أو الموقف 0 وتتشكل العقدة من خلال هذه التجارب عبر مراحل متفاوتة ومتدرجة ، تبدأ من الإشراط البسيط مرورا بتموين المزاج والطبع حتى التجارب البارزة في مراحل النمو اللاحقة لتصل إلى الاضطرابات 0
• أهم التجارب البارزة التي تولد العقد النفسية ما يلي :
1 الصدمات النفسية : وخصوصا الانفصالية ( انفصال الطفل عن أهله ، حرمانه ) ، وهناك الصدمات المرتبطة بالضغوط النفسية مثل : وفاة قريب ، خسارة ، وصدمة الاغتصاب عند المراهقات 0
2 المناخات النفسية : وخصوصا التي تسبب الاضطرابات مثل : معاناة الغيرة الخفية بين الأخوة والأخوات ، وعدم القدرة على التعبير عن النفس ، والتدليل الزائد للطفل 0 هذه التجارب البارزة تصبح مركز قوة وتولد المفهوم المزيف عند الفرد بحيث يدور حوله مجموعة كاملة من السلوكيات والانفعالات والعلاقات 0
ثانيا الفترات الحساسة :
وهي كثيرة في حياة الفرد ، ومنها الفترة المتعلقة بتدريبه على الإخراج والنظافة والتي تقع بين الشهرين ( 16 18 ) ، والفترة الحساسة لعلاقة الطفل بالأم وشعوره بغيابها 0 والفروق التشريحية بين الجنسين التي تقع حوالي الرابعة من عمر الطفل حيث يكون للأثمية المرتبطة بها أقصى مفعولها في هذه الفترة 0 والفترة الحساسة لعواطف الدونية في سن السادسة تقريبا ، وهو عمر يدرك الطفل نفسه فيه على أنه ( صغير ) ويعاني من الضعف ، ثم شعوره بتفاوته عن الآخرين ، أي شعوره بأنه ليس كالآخرين 0
ويضاف إلى ذلك الآليات الدفاعية ( التي شرحتها في الفصل السابق ) ، حيث تتبع نظاما زمنيا من حيث النضج وإمكانية عملها وظيفيا 0 إن هذه العناصر والخبرات والأساليب الدفاعية توضح لنا كيف تتكون العقد 0
• الوسائل الدفاعية التي تعمل في تكوين العقد :
1 التعويض : عندما يكون عند الشخص ضعف نفسي أو جسمي فإنه يحاول التعويض عنه 0
