Decision making process

First of all, we noticed that in making decisions in this kindergarten is the director "Hyam Aljohani" is the only one who allowed making the decisions. She takes the decisions making responsibility as long as she exists in the kindergarten, the assistance or the secretary will mandate in case of director's absence.
After that, she makes an announcement for the new decisions by two ways, either by making a meeting with all employees to discuss the decision or through the weekly newsletter.
These decisions can be one of the two types of decisions, flexible or rigidity. The rigidity decisions what concern about some fixed affairs like (salaries, vacations…etc.) these cannot be changed never. When there is an objection from the employees in the flexible decisions the director takes (discussion till convince) way to keep the satisfaction and to reduce the severity of the objection.
Here is an example for applying the decision making process, the kindergarten was facing a problem... The director was compelled to checking the cleanness of the classes at the end of each day, she was founding that the teachers leaves the kindergarten while the garbage of classes are fully of wastes. To solve this problem they follow the steps of decision making as shown:
1. Identification of a problem: Director was the only transverse for the checking of cleanliness of classes
2. Identification of decision criteria:
i. The alternative should be fixed and followed by al teachers
ii. Doesn't influence by the absence of any teacher
iii. Doesn't pressure on any teacher
3. Allocation of weights to criteria
i. The alternative should be fixed and followed by al teachers: 30%
ii. Doesn't influence by the absence of any teacher: 30%
iii. Doesn't pressure on any teacher: 40%
4. Development of alternatives: They decided that they make a schedule for each class, contains the name of class teacher and other teacher as a checker.
5. Analysis of alternative: The Director settled for finding one solution.

6. Selection of alternative: The first solution found.

7. Implementation of alternative: They made a monthly file contains the schedules, every teacher is responsible for her class, The checker come after teacher leaving and check wither she keep on the class cleanness or not.
8. Evaluation of decision effectiveness: The director occasionally and check their job.
