Eid is a Muslim holiday. There are 2 days during the year that muslims celebrate Eid. The first, called Eid-ul-Fitr is celebrated at the end of Ramadan (the month of fasting) and the second, called Eid-ul-Adha is celebrated after Hajj (the annual holy pilgrimage to Mecca). Because Muslims follow the lunar calendar, the date for these holidays changes by 10 days every year.
