A fact speech is just that.... giving facts.... the weatherman gives a "fact speech" every night.
Topics for a fact speech:
Anything in the news: Elections, the wars, 9-11, gosh, it's endless.
Pick a set of facts you know to be true and talk about them.
example: "It is a fact that the school cafeteria serves on M-W green jello squares, on T- Th, Red jello squares, and on Friday, red and green jello squares which leads to a conclusion that the cafeteria manager is a tigh wad and recycles jello squares....
It's not that hard of a gig.
