Several executives were of the opinion that the company needed a more professional approach. The pros and cons were weighed and a CEO with a proven track rocord from an MNC was appointed to give ABC Computers the much neewed direction.
Tha now CEO wmployed cost_ cutting measures to improve the company's profitability. He also rosod to other measures like minimizing duplicaton of efforts, improving R&D, and promollng a healthy interpersonal relationship amongst departments. These and other steps takon resulted in a tremendous increase in the company's earnings.
