Dear Mr Smith,
I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction of the quality of hospitality your hotel offered during my stay at your hotel. On the 18 th of December 2007, I have booked a deluxe room and flew on the 19th of December to London. Firstly, upon our arrival the airport pickup person was late for about 30 minutes. After that, when we reached the hotel there was no one to greet us and I was completely shocked with the way workers treated us. Then we discovered that the hotel is running under major construction, we were awakened at 7:20 am and complained about it but we were told that they were authorized to start at 7:00 am and no one warned us about that. We really wanted to get out of the hotel to get some peace and quite and this what we did after staying two nights out of five at your hotel.
This large number of errors is unacceptable by us, and we are asking for a compensation of total 5 nights at your hotel. Otherwise, a refund of two nights stay will be necessary.
