Take anap at time when your most needs to sleep: eight hours after getting up eight houres before your bedtime at nigh
Take a nap every day even if you dont feel tired
Remind yourself that taking a nap is not a sign of laziness
Find a place to lie down to nap
Shut off your phone or close the door so that you wont worry about being disturbed
Take a minute to breathe slowly and relax your bode before closing your eyes
Nap for 15-20 minutes. Try not nap for longer than 30 minutes
After you wafew minutes ke up, move slowly for a few minutes. Dont try to move in to action quickly
now
I'll take the nap Insha Allah after noon
